Summer is winding down up here in the mountains as we prepare to go back to school and gear up for Autumn. There are still some fun events to enjoy in August and September!

Baby Bird Art - September Session

Baby Bird Art starts up again in September - Wednesdays from 11am - 12pm, join Becca with Frosted Flamingo for a hands on art class for your little ones! Geared toward ages 5 months - 3 years, this is a great introduction to the art world! There are 5 classes in the session and if you can't make one, you will have all the supplies to complete the project at home!

Family Trail Day - Friends of the Dillon Ranger District

August 14th is the annual family trail day! Help the Friends of the Dillon Ranger District reconstruct campsites - with crafts for the kiddos, this is a great event to get everyone outside and helping in the community. Register in advance and give back to this amazing organization that does so much for Summit County!

Raptor Summit at the Dillon Amphitheater

August 22nd is the Raptor event at the Dillon Amphitheater - from 5pm - 7pm. Come learn about Eagles, Hawks, Falcons, and Owls during this live, informative session! No registration is required and this is a free event!

Movies at Copper Mountain

Copper Mountain is hosting outdoor movies starting at 8:30pm. While some are more geared toward adults, your kiddos will enjoy Field of Dreams on September 4th. There will be live music earlier in the day so you can spend the entire afternoon outside in Center Village!

Don't forget to visit our Fairy Trail in Silverthorne - they will be hanging around until the fall when the snow moves in. Enjoy the last of summer and I can't wait to see you soon at Wild and Free!
