#getoutside Challenge

I announced on social medial that we are running a #getoutside challenge at Wild and Free through the end of the school year.

For every 100 hours that your child spends outside, they will earn a free admission to Wild and Free! All you have to do is:

  1. Pick-up one of our trackers at Wild and Free (or print the PDF file that is attached to this blog post).

  2. Have your child color a space on the page for each hour they spend outside (including the 4 trees in our logo).

  3. Once the coloring is complete, bring it in to Wild and Free (so I can hang it up!) and earn free admission!

If you haven't gathered, spending time outside is extremely important to me. I firmly believe that the physical and mental benefits are numerous and that we could all stand to spend more time outside. Plus, it is super fun and a great way to make memories with your family and friends!

I am hoping that by offering this incentive - kids (and adults!) are motivated to spend more time outside. Winter can be a tough time up here in the mountains, and I've found that the more I embrace it and get out to enjoy hiking, skiing, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, building snow forts, sledding (and the list goes on)...the better I feel.

I hope to have lots of these amazing coloring sheets hanging at Wild and Free over the course of the next few months. Thanks for all the support and please reach out with any questions!

Stay Wild and Free!

Michelle
